Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of LocalHub, operated by Webcents Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), including the dashboard at app.localhubcity.com and every microsite it publishes. By signing in to or otherwise using LocalHub, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent.

The service

LocalHub lets a business manage a per-location microsite and its local online presence — content, hours, posts, reviews, leads and basic analytics — from a single dashboard, with optional integrations into Google Business Profile and Google Search Console.

Accounts & access

• Accounts are created by our team, not through open self-signup. Once your account exists, an owner or HQ admin can invite further users.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend an account that violates these Terms, is significantly overdue on billing, or where we reasonably believe the account poses a security risk to the platform or its users.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use LocalHub to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent or infringes someone else's rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account, or to the platform's infrastructure
• Submit spam through the public lead, booking or review forms on any microsite
• Misrepresent a business's identity, location or affiliation
• Interfere with the normal operation of the platform, including its rate limits and security controls

Your content

You retain ownership of the business content you upload — text, images, hours, reviews you respond to, and everything else that makes up your microsites. By publishing content through LocalHub, you grant us the license needed to host, display and distribute it as part of operating the service (for example, serving your public microsite pages). You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

Subscriptions & billing

LocalHub is offered on paid plans with different location and user limits. Where billing is active for your account: fees are billed in advance for the period selected (monthly or yearly), plans may include a trial period, and an account significantly overdue on payment moves to a read-only state (existing microsites stay online, but new content, locations or users can't be added) rather than being deleted outright. Third-party services

Some features depend on third-party services you choose to connect — for example, Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, or a payment provider such as Stripe or Razorpay. Your use of those integrations is also subject to that provider's own terms, and we aren't responsible for their availability or behavior.

Intellectual property

The LocalHub platform itself — its code, design and branding — belongs to Webcents Solutions. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform to you; you're licensed to use it as intended for the duration of your subscription.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

LocalHub is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable and secure, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we aren't responsible for the accuracy of content you or your team publish, or for the availability of third-party services (including Google's APIs) that features depend on. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can request account closure at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate an account for a material breach of these Terms that isn't corrected after we've given notice, or immediately where necessary to protect the platform or other users. On termination, public microsites for that account are taken offline.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify account owners directly before the change takes effect.
