Current status
Accounts today are set up directly by our team, and payment collection is handled manually where it applies at all. No customer is currently being charged automatically through an online payment provider.
Trials
Where a plan includes a trial period, you won't be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel at any point during the trial at no cost.
Cancelling a subscription
You can request cancellation at any time by contacting us or, once self-serve billing controls are live, from the Billing section of your dashboard. Cancelling stops future billing; it doesn't retroactively refund the period you've already paid for, except as described below.
Refunds
- Fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable once that period has started.
- If you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a billing mistake on our part — contact us and we'll correct it, including a refund where appropriate.
- Self-serve plan upgrades are billed as a prorated invoice for the difference; if you upgrade and want to reverse that specific change shortly after, contact us and we'll work it out with you directly rather than pointing you at a rigid rule.
Overdue accounts
If a payment fails, your account gets a grace period (seven days by default) with reminders before anything changes. After that, the dashboard moves to a read-only state — you can't add new locations, users or posts, but existing public microsites stay online and nothing is deleted. Full access resumes as soon as the outstanding invoice is paid.
Plan changes
Upgrades take effect immediately and are billed as a prorated invoice for the rest of the current period. Downgrades are handled with our team, since they can affect how many locations or users your account is allowed — contact us and we'll walk through it together.
